With the popularity of curated subscription boxes showing up on the doorsteps of customers all over the world, it’s no surprise that a company like ScentBird is flourishing in the space. For $15 a month (free shipping included), ScentBird will ship you a monthly supply of your favorite fragrance. Each month, you simply log into your account and pick the perfume or cologne you would like to try and they will send it to you on a regular schedule so you never run out. This is convenient for people living a busy lifestyle and don’t necessarily have the time to try out new scents. This service streamlines the process and you get to enjoy testing a variety of different scents to fit your personality or season.

The perfume or cologne is shipped in a metal 8ml decanter, which you can twist open to spray the fragrance or even refill with another scent of your choosing. The design of the decanter is simple and small, which makes it ideal for travel. They have a large selection to choose from and offer a variety of popular designer scents, as well as fragrances from little-known indie labels as well. Which is nice option to have in case you like to stand out from the crowd. They claim that all their scents are authentic and straight from the source, which we were able to verify in our testing.

The only real downside to ScentBird is that they force you to sign up to their subscription model. While they do offer 25% off for the first month and the recurring charge of $15/month isn’t too high considering the high-quality fragrances available, it is still a slight annoyance when trying to cancel your subscription. We do prefer the a la carte model of other companies, where you aren’t locked into a monthly fee. All in all, if you are looking to change things up and try a wide variety of different fragrances, you really can’t go wrong with ScentBird. We can confidently recommend giving it a go if you are in the mood to try something new!
